Return Policy


We want you to be pleased with the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 100 days of the date you received it. All we need from you is to write to us so we can help you with the return. Email: contact@arenaliving.sg

Request for returns should be made to us within one hundred (100) days from the delivery date for a refund. The refund amount will exclude any delivery, assembly and white glove service paid when the original order was made.

We could not accept return for the below conditions:

  • Customised products
  • Clearance/AS-IS products/Open Box products
  • Products that are used and shows sign of wear and tear
  • Products that have been removed from  their original packaging, stained, torn, washed, discoloured, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odours
  • Cushion products or pillows (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Products that require on-site assembly

The Return
Our Logistics team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, Arena Living reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.

The Refund
We reserve the rights to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the original invoiced value for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price - Restocking Fee - Delivery Cost ($80 per quantity) = Refunded Amount (S$).

Please do note that the restocking fee will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) to place another order.
